How to assemble black widow hydraulic UTV lift tables. Step one, unbox the lift. Your lift table will arrive in a large wooden crate. Remove the ramp and pump hose from crate, then remove the crate from around the table. Next, unbox the foot pump pedal and all of the wheel vice components. Finally, remove the extension pieces from the last wooden crate. Parts include the extension bars, panels, and side ramps. Step two, prepare the foot pump. Remove the plug from the hydraulic connection and install the threaded coupler. Be sure to wrap all threads with p t f e tape and tighten with a wrench. Next, attach the included hose to the pump and tighten with a groove joint pliers. Next, install your choice of pneumatic fitting to the air connection. This part needs to be purchased separately as it will need to match your compressor hose. Be sure to adjust the exhaust plug screw. Opening it one to two turns will ensure proper operation. Finally, connect the included hose to the hydraulic cylinder on the lift table. Step three, install the extension bars. Raise the table to your desired height and install the short extension bars first. Start by moving the dropout panel to access the holes. Remove the end plate, insert the bar into the opening, and replace the end plate. Repeat on the other side. Once finished, replace the dropout panel. Now the long extension bars can be installed. Slide the three remaining bars into position, making sure they are centered in the table. Step four, install the extension panels. Align the extension bars with the holes panels and slide the panels on until they meet the table. Note that the notched sides of the panels should be facing each other. Secure the panels by installing the eye hook tie down bolts into the pre drilled holes at the end of the extension bars. Step five, install the wheel stops and ramp. Insert the wheel stops into the slots on the side extensions. Next, slide the ramps into place and connect them together using the included bolts. Step six, operate the lift. Unlock the table and lower it back to the ground. Slowly drive your utility vehicle onto the platform until your wheels meet the wheel stops. Once loaded, use the foot pump to raise the table to your desired height. With the lock lever disengaged, lower the table slightly to engage the lock mechanism. How to install the wheel vise? Simply align the holes on the fixed vise arm with the holes drilled into the table and secure with the included hardware. Repeat this step with the vise crank.
