General Information

Black Widow has a standard 30-day return policy on most items. Some items are not returnable. All returned items must be shipped in their original package and should be clean, unused and undamaged.

Please note that the original shipping cost for all returning items is non-refundable as that service has already been performed.

Return Instructions

Contact Customer Service during business hours within 30 days of receiving the product; we will talk to you about your return and issue you a Return Authorization Number. Please note that we may request photos before a return will be authorized.

Ship the item back and email us the tracking number. Pack up the item securely to prevent damage during shipping. We recommend capturing photos before and during packaging and shipping. Ship the item with a reputable shipping company that will provide you with tracking and insurance for your shipment. You must provide us with a valid tracking number to receive any refund.

You will be credited with your refund within 5 business days after we receive your item and inspect it. If the item is found to be unused and in good working order we will issue a refund of the item price back to the original form of payment. Please note that the original shipping cost is unrefundable, as the shipping service has already been performed.

Warranty Claims

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, or are having problems with a purchased item, please contact us by calling (877) 673-1453 and our customer service staff will guide you through the process of returning it for a refund.
