During extended periods where you won’t be using your snowmobile, you may find it beneficial to put it on a stand.

There are a variety of benefits associated with using sled dollies and lifts to keep your snowmobile protected all year long. Whether it’s for basic maintenance or storage, having a good selection of snowmobile lifts available will make it easier for you to accomplish the task.

Some of the benefits of using a snowmobile lift include:

Using the various types of snowmobile lifts

Whenever using a snowmobile lift, it’s important you use one that was professionally designed for that purpose, and not a DIY method. DIY lifts can be quite dangerous, creating a major risk of injury or damage to your snowmobile. They also are often far bulkier than lifts that have been professionally designed to be convenient and easy to operate.

Black Widow Pro offers a variety of snowmobile lifts that operate in different ways, but provide many of the same benefits.

It can be converted into a dolly with an optional wheel kit.

This equipment allows you to lift the sled just over 28” off the ground. An included winch and pulley system allows you to hoist and lower the sled easily. Set the crank to your ideal height, and when you need to lower the snowmobile, flip a switch and crank in the other direction. The safety latch makes sure the lift stays in an upright position. A reinforced base ensures stability, and the included wheels allow you to flip it up and move it away when not in use.
